Still not working here unfortunately, getting an empty zip when I try to download any Japanese or English subtitles.

Still works for me. Make sure "languages to download" is empty - maybe you have some funny values there - and refresh the page after changing that.

If that doesn't help then Netflix is adding some changes and only some accounts get them.
