The Environment Canada weather website used to be good.

Then somebody decided that all government websites should have the same look and feel with a giant navigation bar and logo at the top. This pushed the actual information people were looking for (the weather) off the visible part of the page. (It's even worse on mobile devices).

This script attempts to revert this mistaken design decision.
