When you search for script authors, who aren't banned, for some reason in the shown results, you can find banned users as well.

Also, a similar issue occurs when you try to search for not banned, not script authors. (You can find both script authors and banned users)

There was a problem with the code that reindexes users. It wasn't running when a user gets banned/unbanned. I've fixed that, and also made it so all users gets reindexed once an hour - just in case there are other misses.
