No this is not some: "steal cash" "free cash" script... It's merely a tool that adds commas to a number from the input box (see screenshot).
Some people and myself like to verify I'm sending the correct cash amount to other players. Thousand-Separator commans on numbers are handy.
People who have Nitro Type Gold and can send money (a lot of cash...). Mostly used for dealing with team comp prizes such as from Folly Times ._.
PS. Now everything makes sense with the high download count xD (hehe).
