Prevent Youtube scrolling to top when clicking timestamps in description or comments

are you using any other scripts or extensions, if so, please disable them and try again.
Anyway, I can't replicate, it works fine for me.
On Firefox, clicking timestamps does nothing with this enabled. It does not jump to the time, nor does the page scroll. The timestamp acts as if it were just regular text I'm clicking on.
