after 3 is not applicable for me, and large gaps before 3. Here is my example
```
for (let i = 0.25; i <= 3; i += 0.25) {
if (i >= 1) {
bgColor = bgColors[1];
color = colors[1];
}
//if (i > 1) {
// i += 0.75;
//}
if (i >= 2) {
//i++;
bgColor = bgColors[2];
color = colors[0];
}
```
