Adds an RSS link before the video's username. Because youtube is now basically a SPA, sometimes this means you need to refresh the video to get the RSS link to appear. I'm sure there's an event handler I could work out to make this happen; if you have any ideas, feel free to fork again and let me know so I can use your version instead.
