Hover a thumbnail on youtube.com and click an icon at the right: "Not interested" and "Don't recommend channel"

FWIW, I still have the old one, so I can't investigate.
I got the update today, maybe this will help. yt-thumbnail-hover-overlay-toggle-actions-view-model adds 2 icons that sit in the same spot as yours, upon display: none'ing them with Stylus your icons are still gone though. Probably some class/div name changes happened.
The main page and subs feed is fine btw, just the side videos seem bugged from what I see so far
Should be fixed now in 1.3.0.
hey, the script has stopped working with newer version of youtube. Is someone looking into this one?
