It's working fine on my end on Firefox 117.0
I tried testing on Chrome, but it's not my usual browser, and for whatever reason YT isn't loading in general on Chrome right now. Never had this issue. Nothing to do with my script and I don't feel like figuring out what is wrong right now, but if your issue is on Chrome I might figure that out later.

I didn't figure it out before, but the problem has been solved later
After clicking the button with three dots, the Export Playlist button is not displayed
