Please add support for Instagram and Facebook.

In Instagram it works fine, but in Facebook i noticed that in order to be able to background play, i have to:
1. start playing video
2. then stop video
3. then start it again
Only after these steps it is possible to background play.
Tested in kiwi browser with violentmonkey on android
