Stop stupid translations

Replace language codes in URLs (like "pt-BR", for example) to "en".

Websites know in which country you are, from your IP or whatever, so they show to you pages translated either by a stupid translator software or by stupid humans without any translator ability. They call that "localization", or "to localize" a website, a more appropriate name would be "language assassination". A good example is MDN, a very good documentation website with horrible translations to Portuguese.

Luckily many times these websites expose the language code they're using in the URL, so we can change that to ENGLISH, which is a safer language to deal with, even if you're not a native English speaker.

Translations are getting worse and more widespread, so let's stop this madness.
