Hide videos of blacklisted users/channels and comments

Script doesn't seem to be working on the latest version of FireFox ( macOS ) - not even sure how to pop up the menu for blocking/blacklist/whitelist.
How can we contact the owner? This script would be really REALLY useful to me and many others, if only it'd work :(
