In a Steam Workshop page, is it possible to raise the number of items shown per page past 30?

Just fetch the next page and join on the current one

Is it possible to raise the number of items shown per page past 30? Like say 50 or 100? Example link is the L4D2 Workshop. Scroll all the way down until you see "Per Page" at the left corner.
