Remove "More Tweets" on Twitter

Removes the "More Tweets" section on Twitter when opening a tweet from an external source. Also shows all replies by default (no "Show more replies" button).

I couldn't find any other script that could do this and was up-to-date (as of June 19). The closest thing I could find is insin's Tweak New Twitter, which includes a feature to hide the More Tweets section, but it only seems to work some of the time.
