Due to how scrolling works in the browser, it is impossible to fully block scrolling.
I will see if I can block more ways of scrolling, but no promises.
This script is good, but it has the following two bugs:
- You can scroll the page using the Page Up and Page Down buttons.
- Also, the scroll bar is displayed and you can scroll the page by dragging it.
