I found an easy way to add fallback pics, does it work for you now?
Unfortunatylly not :( Moreover it leads to dissapear images in some chat and profiles

Yeah it stopped working for me too :| I'm afraid they patched it out
Need improvement in replace images
When script replace images, it needs to check, if image with resolution 320x240 exist on server. If so, make replace, otherwise no.
