Webhooks don't work?

After adding a webhook on Github I get proper HTTP 200 response: {"message":"Webhook successfully configured."} but after that any push results in HTTP Error 500.

Is it broken the same way today? My today’s two pushes on GitHub did each produce a 500 Internal Server Error response.

if base in UTF-8, so and locale check a tick Unicode, should help
