Reels and Short videos still show up when selected.

I've done a quick test with v4.30 and it seems to be Ok for me.

I know this is a silly question, but did you enable the "Reels and Short videos" option and press "Save" button?

Are you using FB-CMF v4.30?

Which device are you using?

What browser are you using? & version?

Which user-script manager are you using?

Which region in the world are you in? (Country name is fine)

Which language are you using in FB?

I think I found the problem. Tampermonkey shows I've download version 4.30 but Facebook is still running Ver: 4.29. I have cleared my cookies, site data, and cache. Removed Tampermonkey, and reinstalled,shut down my computer, and restarted. And Facebook still shows it's running ver 4.29.
I'm at a loss!!!! Any ideas?

Oooops - there's a "bug" in the code where it is displaying the version. "v4.29" is hard-coded in v4.30 by mistake (see line #137). As long as it says 4.30 for the meta tag "@version", then you have the most recent published version (on greasyfork).

A corrected version has been published on github.com.

Does fb-cmf userscript hide other things, such as '"Stories | Reels | Rooms" tab list box'? 'People you may know'? 'Suggestions / Recommendations"?
(To check toggle the option on, save, check the page, toggle off and check again).

As you're using Chrome, you might have to toggle the "Developer mode" on in Chrome's extension page: chrome://extensions/ in order to get Tampermonkey to run scripts. TM has mentioned in the past a few times that you might have to enable "Developer mode" See: https://www.tampermonkey.net/faq.php?locale=en#Q209.

Are you able to test fb-cmf in Firefox? (Not too sure if you can use/run FF on Chromebook).

Already running in Developer mode.

I'm running other scripts for YouTube, and Twitter, and they are working.

Your script is working on all other functions except "Reels, and short Videos"

By the way, I edited line 139 in the script, now it shows (v4.30) in Facebook.

I've VPNed into US and can show/hide Reels and Short Videos.

Are you using any other addons/extensions/script when you visit FB?
