there's a bug with the feed page, for some reason with the script on it doesn't refresh the page the way it's supposed to when checking older chapters

With the last MD maintenance update this script may have collected wrong data, so I've added a reset option in case that happened to you.

fixed some bugs:
· How to handle series that reset the chapter number every new volume works fine now
· Filtering by group now considers multiple groups, not just the first one detected
· "No Group" is now considered as intended
· A dummy is placed at the end to not mess up with how MD handles its pagination
· Empty title pages are now handled better
· Regrouping chapters doesn't mess up the aesthetic anymore

some updates:
· Chapters that should be blocked are marked as "forbidden" so they can be ignored properly, like when you are reading a bunch of chapters but then moves forward to a forbidden one, the script will send you to the title page (to avoid this then you must unblock the group)
· Potential extra chapters are marked yellow when unread, forbidden chapters are marked red (although they can't be accessed from the feed)
· The settings now show the list of series you're following with the option to modify the last chapter recorded in case it isn't updated on MD anymore as some scans have opted to
· If you mark a chapter as read on your feed the script will update the record in a few seconds
· The different lists (reading, completed, etc.) now keep track of the basic info they should, unlike before that only the feed list kept track of that
· Series that don't belong to any list (i.e. series you added to MD shortly after they came back) are marked as "orphan" and can be accessed from the script settings so you can add them to their proper list
· You can see all the info recorded by the script on your user profile, where you can modify the last recorded too

fixed some bugs and added some editing options to the registered data

now it works on the changes made on the follows list, it also considers volumes in case of those 4-koma mangas that enumerates their chapters according to the volume it's in and not on the total of chapters. Also, on the series pages you can add or remove groups from the white/blacklists.

Fixed bug that ignore white/blacklist when they are multiple groups and fixed the script to work on the new changes made on MangaDex (pending: work on the new "library")
