This seems to be a pretty simple fix. Just add
,wait: '#reader'
to the end of the madokami implementation (after line 795).

auto-load broken since v1.9.28 on madokami in firefox
v1.9.27 works fine but every version since then breaks auto-load on madokami using firefox, i do not have this problem on chrome.
disabling auto-load and clicking the load manga button works as intended
