The feedback rating system is already an example of weak and non-obvious UX in itself but this would worsen its obscurity even more. Many users simply won't bother editing their posts. A logical, obvious and common solution would be to use [1..5] or [1..10] vote button on the script description page shown for registered users and of course the vote should be editable.
