On a post's page, this automates loading all the comments instead of requiring the user to click for each batch

The button div doesn't have the tag anymore and it doesn't show a loading circle. Note: On other pages, Patreon is using a new comment loading system where the newest is at top and scrolling down automatically loads older ones. This script doesn't work with/affect that system.
