Adds gif support to torn chat
This script allows you to send GIFs to other players via in-game chat, provided the other players also have the userscript installed. This script does not require the use of an API key.
This script is compatible with both desktop and mobile devices, provided that you're using a browser with support for extensions. If you encounter any issues, please send me a message on Torn (vexyyy [1945609]) with a detailed description of the problem and I will do my best to solve it.
THIS SCRIPT HAS ONLY BEEN TESTED ON TAMPERMONKEY AND MAY NOT WORK WITH OTHER EXTENSIONS
Desktop users: With the script installed, type a direct URL to any .gif file into any chat window and press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to encode the GIF. Once encoded, just send the message and the script will decode it automatically for all users.
Mobile users: With the script installed, type a direct URL to any .gif file into any chat window and press Enter to encode and automatically send the GIF.
The URL must use TLS encryption (https) and must lead directly to a GIF file! (i.e. https://www.somesite.org/.../somefile.gif)
