Adds a counter below the XP count to show how much remaining XP you are away from a selectable target level.

Adds a counter below the already there XP count to show how much XP is remaining until you reach a changeable target level.

If you are already above the target level, it will display 0. You can select any feasible level to target, though going to high will result in huge numbers filling up the screen.

It will default to 99 on load.
