OK timer did go down to 5 seconds, but the download speed only went up to 3.5 megabytes per second for a few seconds and then went back down to 400 kb for the rest of the download.

Good This is honestly insane, I used this, 15 secs --> 5 secs only. Download Speed: Between 1MB/s ---> Between 8MB/s. Honestly whoever did this, you just saved me 2.67 days. So thank you :D
