I made some changes in the latest version so that it should work with scriptish. I recommend using greasemonkey though since scriptish isn't being updated anymore, it has some bugs (which caused this issue).
The return to chapter list button is kind of already there, that's the point of the exit button. You click that and have access to either the chapter dropdown or a link that'll take you to the chapter list.
