I don't use tweetdeck (don't even know what you refer to), so I cannot help you with that. A wild guess: if it's a site that loads all contents via AJAX (like the Mastodon Web-Frontend), this script cannot work – it only works on HTML content once the page is loaded.
It doesn't work for tweetdeck.
