Problem uploading

Am unable to upload my own Image. I have the proper size and dimension but am unable to upload. I disabled the Antivirus to see if that would help and its not working. Any other thoughts on what could cause this if it is on my end? Thanks

O problema pode ser no estender o arquivo (por exemplo .gif nem sempre funciona)).
