Remove inoreader.com's advertisement in reading list, upgrae button and some annoying dialogs.

This is because you r using views layout other than Column View
On top right corner, there is an eye icon, change view to Column View can solve this problem.
And I'm handling this bug...
Problem solved. there should no ADs when using other views than Column View
Half works
Removes top bar but the right-side bar still exists showing placeholder
