Could you please remove the $ at the end of line 59?
If I use any parameters after http://www.google.com/ the page still keeps refreshing. If you remove the $, the URLs will get caught by the match even if they have parameters.
Typical usage is https://www.google.com/?hl=en to always force English version of Google even if Google would serve some other language based on the location.
