Add the download button and the open button to download or open profile picture and media in the posts, stories, and highlights in Instagram

There is some problem when you save from the home page it doesn't save as a username, but if you do it from the artist profile it does. With stories there is no problem only with photos and videos from the Feed.
It also works to open the comments of a post on your feed.
