Makes d20 global as window.d20. Needs latest tampermonkey. Go nuts.
VTTES is an acceptable substitute for scripts needing this as a library. This should be disabled in those cases.

Doesn't have fallbacks in case script load takes a while or Tampermonkey isn't used. No promises. (Pun intended)
