As stupid as it sounds - try in different browser. Script was tested on Firefox+Greasemonkey.
After clicking the link - wait. I should've added some progress bar but now I don't even have an Amazon Prime account so can't do much.
Try opening browser console (ctrl+shift+j or k, depending on browser). If there are any warnings or errors - screenshot them and send it to me in private message (not sure what info will be displayed so don't post it in public).

Not working for me
Hello! I have trouble downloading any subtitles - I click the link and nothing happens. Also the link "Download subs for this episode/season" don't even show up in this URL - https://www.amazon.com/gp/video/detail/B076WV391Q?ref_=atv_dp_season_select
