No, I don't. I'd have to see the error in the browser console. But even with that error I can't say if I can fix it. I don't have a Netflix account right now so I can't test anything.

I just tried to download zip files and I could successfully.
I have no idea of why this happened, but the problem seems to be solved, so I don't mind it anymore.

Hello. I have trouble with downloading.
I could download zip files in any of [for this episode]/[for this season]/[for all seasons] before, but it failed today.
I've attached a screen shot of the error message on this post.
Do you know how to solve this matter? If so, I'm grateful that you tell me the way.
