[Waterfox Classic] No Posted Time for Comments
Here a gif screenshot of the problem (with a CSS workaround of me):

Using https://github.com/github/relative-time-element for this - maybe Waterfox doesn't support whatever it needs.
Ok...
I posted a request here:
GeasyFork site problem support Waterfox Classic ?
I notice in its readme:
Browsers without native custom element support require a polyfill.
A detailed explanation is provided here:
Custom Elements (v1) Polyfill
Ok after read the reply of the dev to my request:
GeasyFork site problem support Waterfox Classic ?
It remind to me i user the extension "Polly"...
And i checked it.
This extension is some time useful sometime not.
And there is no documentation about it.
About Greasyfork, i had enable (checked) 2 options in it (i don't remember why...).
And when i uncheck them.... all work fine for this problem.
Sorry for the time lost.
Re Edit:
Now i see why "Polly" is useful here in some case:
It is useful when i want to re Edit a comment.
Without it, i can't re edit this post.
For that, i re enable "Polly" options:
The 2 option in "Polly" are :
1 - Request modification method for this domain
2 - Pollyfills/Webcomponents-Bundle.js
So there is a problem with Waterfox Classic on Greasyfork:
Maybe if you enable a pollyfill solution on it, as suggest the dev of "relative-time-element" ?
Note:
Allways i don't understand why we can't reedit simply a comments all the time:
This one was not re editable very shortly after the post.
Obvious reason - Waterfox classic doesn't support custom elements. I found a buddy at Reddit who said that Waterfox Classic based on Firefox 56, so that's the reason. (You can see minimal required version of Firefox for custom elements at MDN or at CanIUse)

Yes i know...
My workaround by CSS seems working for me for the date, but still need "Polly" for re edit and Quote in reply.
I notice in Custom Elements (V1) that the version "50 - 58" is flagged as disable.
Normally, it's a value to change to true in the about:config .
But i can't find it...
It seems affect too the script info page.
It's particularly visible for the "Date of Update" of the script of the script.
Without "Polly" is see it/them:
BUTt i can't Re Edit a comment.
If i want re edit a comment,
I need to re enable this "Polly" option:
Pollyfills/Webcomponents-Bundle.js
(After testing, only this one is useful.)
And....after... if i let "Polly" active...i don't see all the date info in script page.
Like i said, Date of Update is totally invisible (no loaded in the code the page),
so it is possible to me to make a workaround with CSS :before.
When it work, date is formatted strictly.
By example:
2015-04-16
And not like that (effectively more user friendly):
Apr 16, 2015
I'm not going to making changes to support legacy browsers. If you find something that works for you, great.
OK
Finally a solution, found here:
github more and more unusable - disappearing file listings [GitHub]
It seems solve these issues.
Resume of the GitHub post by Martin Walter as "walmar":
Replace the Polly extension with the attached latest unofficial version 1.9#mod2022-12-20.
The zakius@polly.zip (latest unofficial version 1.9#mod2022-12-20) file should be renamed to zakius@polly.xpi after download.
Note of me:
And you can install it by dropping it on Waterfox.
What's new in this latest Polly unofficial version 1.9#mod2022-12-20:
Its updated Webcomponents-Bundle.js polyfill also fixes the Repository Go to file finder issue.
It adds options
Webcomponents-pf_dom.js and Webcomponents-pf_js.js
Which already seem to be part of the updated Webcomponents-Bundle.js polyfill.
Intl.RelativeTimeFormat.js
That is preferred for dates by GitHub pages (AND for my request here !).
With Waterfox Classic, the Posted time appear briefly and disappear after...
Work on Firefox Quantum
in it, i notice an "#shadow-root(open) element.
