Update to deal with the turbo framework.
Script should now work both with or without manually refreshing the page.

Update to deal with changes in the internals of the SRSManager.

Updated path matching expression, because wanikani has added ? variables to the path which stopped the script from being executed with the old matching.

Removed debug statement

Replaced the fixed sleep at the start of the script with a dynamic wait until the environment is ready.

Fixed some async issues
