Script-integrity-check after 15.3 server-patch-update : Partially functioning

Development notes :
* Based on Maelstrom Dev Tools. Modified MCV timer, repair time label, resource labels. Added a few things funicode didn't want to add.
* Added productions of Total Tiberium / 6hours, Total Crystal / 6hours, (Power allyBonus + Power continuousBonus) / s, and Total Power / 6hours.
* If storage is full dont use continous or ally bonus as a factor
