在notion的网页版中，在右侧悬浮显示当前page中的大纲（table of contents），方便点击跳转。
使用说明：
1. 在当前page中需要添加 table of contents 块。
2. 悬浮按钮向左弹出或向右关闭时，可以更新大纲。
