Adds a hover event to internal article links on wikipedia pages which, opens the article inline in a dhtml frame.

Sorry for the late response, I was boiling an egg.
I was unable to reproduce this bug today. Is it still happening for you?
If not, I guess I will keep allowing Talk to open in preview, for any people who might want to read it without navigating there.
Bugreport
* Hovering "Talk" causes preview window. After that there is a styling issue. I don't think Talk should open in preview
* Clicking outside after window opened causes linkstyling to disappear
