The license for the code is fairly permissive, you can do this. I would recommend using this as code to reference and create your own code, that way you understand what is actually going on and can then work on things we havent created yet :)
I recommend using LibertyMutual as a base, as StateFarm is basically a finished product, so using it would be in bad faith imo.
