Firefox, Tampermonkey, Windows 10. (All latest)
I tried disabling other scripts and extensions, still no toggle. The old 'depreciated' script still shows the toggle (but not 100% functional). Yes, I tested on a playlist. It should show in the playlist menu below/next to the video, beside the loop and shuffle buttons, right?

The correct messages would be shown like this (turning off Warnings and Errors):
