Update to deal with changes in the internals of the SRSManager.

Updated path matching expression, because wanikani has added ? variables to the path which stopped the script from being executed with the old matching.

Removed debug statement

Replaced the fixed sleep at the start of the script with a dynamic wait until the environment is ready.

Fixed some async issues
