MTurk Database Unresponsive

I decided to return to MTurk after almost a year of absence. When I checked MTurk Database almost everything didn't work except the Import button which did ask for a file, but when the file was selected nothing seemed to happen.

I've disabled all other scripts running on the same page, that didn't help.
I put the whole script into a different file with a different name, that didn't help.

I looked at the console and below is a screenshot of the script error.

@Nux It's trying to hook on to your recent history, but seems like you have no recent history. Just do a single HIT and it should resolve itself.
