Hello, BigGator. Thank you for feedback. Currently, only English language is supported by this userscript. At the moment, I don't plan to add support for other languages.
Please consider trying userscript X to Twitter, which already supports different languages.
As for "... on Twitter: ..." – renaming of this for tabs is now implemented in the latest version.
Since yesterday the page titles are " on X" or "X ユーザーの" if your language is Japanese.
for page title, use https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/472074-twitter-x-title
it is i18n compatible. It works for all languages.
