The last script update only added back the line separator below the title.
As for the views counter, I haven't noticed it. What are the steps you did to make it happen?
Unfortunately I'm not sure. It just seems to happen on random videos. But when I disable the script and refresh it'll come back and then go away if I re-enable and refresh.
I can't replicate it.
Send the link to the video it happens on.
But I doubt it's video related. It's probably just a Youtube experiment and affects only certain users.

The views counter sometimes does not show after the most recent YouTube UI update and script update.
