This script is about the description not anything else. So no, I won't add that feature. Besides, Youtube keeps changing things all the time and it hits only some people while others would get other experiments or nothing at all.
With the new YouTube UI updating how playlists look with a massive color at the left, is there anyway you could make a proper playlist script? So it returns the old interface back to what it was
