In newsfeed, video ads comes after/middle of video, but failed to start that.
FB-CMF blocks sponsored video posts.
FB-CMF doesn't block mid-roll / end-roll video ads - that requires another ad-blocker addon/extension to do this.

With Chrome v130, is uBlock Origin (uBO) still working for you? Google has being disabling uBO as it is no longer supported in Chrome version 130.
If not working, then there's a few options:
- Use "uBlock Origin Lite" - which works in Chrome's MV3 rules (nb: does not allow personalised filter-rules)
- Use another ad/content blocker that works with Chrome's MV3 rules.
- User another non-chromium based browser that supports uBO (e.g. Firefox)
video ads are not properly blocking nowdays, could you update this please?
