Troubleshooting information required.
OS, browser, extentions, scripts? Versions?
Windows 10, Chrome (122), most up-to-date version of this. Only other scripts Im running on Youtube is "Thumbnail Unfucker" and "Proper Description (also not working)". The above script did solve this particular issue, though.
What extenstion do you have enabled?
Run through tampermonkey, if that's what you're asking

Tampermonkey 5.1.1, and this script is up to date

I was just having the exact same problem on several browsers. Right now I'm on Brave, installed this script and it seems to have fixed the problem, thankfully! Now gonna install it on the other browsers.
Currently not working. I can't access the settings page, and the homepage is filled with gigantic thumbnails and a bunch of random chaff.
