Neither Option Is Working For Me

Neither option (Direct Download or DIrect Link) are working... Tried it on this: https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/667566848/stream?client_id=BeGVhOrGmfboy1LtiHTQF6Ejpt9ULJCI

Received this when I clicked the options:
