Hello, I'm also using Opera GX and I'm assuming you are using Opera's pop out function like me. It doesn't work when I use it directly on the tab (www.twitch.tv) itself, but it works when I use Twitch's popout player function (player.twitch.tv) and use Opera's pop out video on that. I hope this helps.
Doesn't work on Opera GX. Downscales the video to 480p.
